A West Linn City Water Usage Rate Change measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of West Linn which is in Clackamas County.

This measure sought to change the way water usage rates are determined, changing it to be based on water consumption measures and using that money to pay for maintenance and upgrades to the water safety system.[2]

The former mayor of the city had filed a complaint that government employees were campaigning by sending out information about this measure to residents. But current city manager stated that the information sent out just provided information on the issue and was not trying to persuade a vote one way or the other. The issue is under review.[3]
