Where did governors go to school? How many earned undergraduate degrees? Graduate degrees? How many did not attend higher education at all? The State Executive Officials project on Ballotpedia will be comparing educational backgrounds of the different offices to learn how the officials match up throughout the states.

The chart below displays education information for all 50 current governors.

As of August 2013, there are:
