Will Oatis was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. Senate from Mississippi.

Oatis was an Independent candidate for Governor of Mississippi in the 2011 elections. He withdrew from the race before the general election, citing campaign funding issues.[1]

Oatis ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. Senate, representing Mississippi. He was defeated by Albert N. Gore in the March 13, 2012 Democratic primary.[2]
