Willamalane Park And Recreation District Bond Measure (November 2012)
This measure authorized the Willamalane Park and Recreation District to issue up to $20 million in bonds to be used to acquire, preserve, develop and repair land for parks, trails, wildlife habitats, athletic fields and recreation facilities. The approximate rate of property tax used to repay these bonds would be $.34 per $1,000 of assessed valuation.

If the bonds are approved, the will be payable from taxes on property or property ownership that are not subject to the limits of sections 11 and 11b, ARticle XI of the oregon Constitution.
