William Ball Gilbert

William Ball Gilbert (1847-1931) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was nominated by President Benjamin Harrison on February 23, 1892. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 18, 1892, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on April 27, 1931.[1]
