William Roger Romine (b. January 27, 1944) is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 6. He was first elected to the chamber in 2000.

Biography

Romine earned his B.S. from Salem College. He went on to receive his M.A. from West Virginia University. He has been a principal, educator, classroom teacher, and central office administration.[1]

The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 25, 2014. Karl Paul was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Incumbent William Romine was unopposed in the Republican primary. Paul will face Romine in the general election.[2]

Romine won re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 6. Romine ran unopposed in the May 8 primary election and defeated Charlie Delauder (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4][5]
