Williams County Conservation & Agriculture Levy Additions, 2 (March 2012)
The first measure sought to add to the current conservation levy by a rate of $.045 per $100 of assessed property value for a period of five years in order to further pay for conservation district programs in the county.
The second measure sought to add to the current agriculture levy by a rate of $.03 per $100 of assessed value for a period of five years in order to further pay for education activities of the 4-H programs i the county.

| Question 1: An additional tax for the benefit of the Williams County Soil and Water Conservation District for the purpose of construction and maintenance of improvements and expenses of soil and water conservation district programs at a rate not exceeding 0.45 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.045 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013
Question 2: An additional tax for the benefit of Williams County for the purpose of providing education activities related to agriculture, natural resources, and 4-H programs at a rate not exceeding 0.3 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.03 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013?
