A Williamsburg Town Election Change Referendum was on the April 3, 2012 ballot in the town of Williamsburg which is in Fremont County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 93 Approveda
  • NO 43[1]

This measure sought to move the town elections from April to November. This will allow the town to be on the ballot with the rest of the county and officials hoped that the change will encourage more voter participation. Election costs will also be reduced since the election was moved as the costs will be shared with the county and other municipalities which have issues to be voted on.[2]
