Willie Bailey (b. April 25, 1946) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 49. He was first elected to the chamber in 1995.


Bailey attended Tougaloo College and earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. His professional experience includes working as an attorney and former judge.[1]
