Wisconsin Elections Fraud Task Force brings first charge

The Wisconsin Elections Fraud Task Force brought its first charge forward in October of 2008. Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm has filed a criminal complaint against Ms. Endalyn Adams charging her with Falsely Procuring Voter Registration, a felony. She was working for ACORN during the time she registered the voters. 
Fake voters registered
Adams is charged with submitting 45 forms, about twenty-seven or 60% of which contained information alleged to be false.
- 19 voter forms listed persons that do not appear to exist.
- 19 voter registration forms were determined by police investigators to be nonexistent.
- 22 of the driver license numbers were fraudulent.
