The Wisconsin Water Pollution Control Bonds Question was a Wisconsin referendum / legislatively-referred state statute on the April 1, 1969 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.

This referendum sought the people's opinion as to whether the state should issue bonds to help with municipal water pollution control.[1]
