Wyoming Constitutional Amendment A was on the November 5, 2002 ballot in Wyoming as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.

Amendment A allows a majority of the elected members of each house to convene a special legislative session; The governor's power to call a special legislative session is not affected by these amendments.
