Wyoming governor says budget cuts likely in coming months
Mead requested that agencies propose three separate budgets -- with cuts of two, five and eight percent, respectively.
According to Mead, the state's projected revenue is more than $100 million less than was initially predicted in July 2011. In December, Mead proposed a $3.4 billion budgets that was joined with a $87 appropriation for legislators to hand out as they see fit.
