|Shall the previously voted increase in the tax limitations upon the general ad valorem taxes on real and personal property within Zeeland Charter Township, Ottawa County, Michigan, be renewed at 1.0 mill ($1.00 per thousand dollars of taxable valuation) for six years, 2013 through 2018, inclusive, for all property in the Township, to provide funds for the repair, construction and/or reconstruction of roads, bridges and/or drainage structures; and shall theTownship be authorized to levy the tax?|
