John Frazier (b. August 2, 1945) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 25.


Frazier earned his BS from Concord College. He went on to receive his JD from West Virginia University College of Law.

Professional experience

Frazier served in the United States Army from 1967 to 1969. He was Circuit Judge for Mercer County from 1981 to 2006. He then worked as a Senior Status Judge from 2006 to 2007. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Concord University.

Political experience

Frazier served in the West Virginia State House of Delegates from 1980 to 1982 and again from 2008 to the present. He represents the 25th District.[1]
