Joe Pitts (b. August 15, 1958) is a Democratic member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing the 67th District and currently serving as State House Minority Caucus Vice Chair.

Pitts joined the Tennessee State House of Representatives in 2007. He has served in that position since, representing the 67th District.

Pitts is a banker.

Pitts earned his BS from Austin Peay State University.

Pitts ran for re-election to the 67th District Seat in 2010. He was unopposed in the August 5 primary.[1] He defeated Democrat Neil Revlett in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]
