Lance Horbach (b. February 14, 1958) is a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 40th District since 1998.

Horbach is an insurance agent. He has previously been Industrial Liaison for Community College, Owner of Horbach Furniture, and served as Tama County Zoning Commissioner from 1996-1998.

He is a member of the Eagles, Farm Bureau, and Lions Club.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Horbach was re-elected to the 40th District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating Chris Bearden (D). [2] Horbach raised $67,777 for his campaign, while Bearden raised $8,580. [3]
