Five ballot questions are certified for a spot on three statewide ballots in 2013 as of May 23, 2013. Proposed measures can be found here.

So far, six states have been identified as having the potential to see measures on the ballot in 2013. Those states are: Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, and Washington. Historically, elections on odd-numbered years see about forty-five measures on average; there were thirty-four in 2011. Initiatives that have already filed signatures and are pending certification can be found here.

This page is updated as measures are certified. In the mean time, keep an eye on pending and proposed measures and read the Tuesday Count for weekly updates.
