ACORN investigations underway in Pennsylvania Several small instances of voter registration fraud have been reported throughout Pennsylvania. [1]

Investigations

A York man and part-time employee of ACORN was arrested for submitting 100 fraudulent registrations over eight days in June. The man was fired from ACORN after he was arrested.

The district attorney for the Pittsburgh area is investigating possible forgery and other irregularities on voter registration forms turned in by a group already being scrutinized for registration problems in other states.

Similar allegations are being investigated by the Delaware County district attorney and the U.S. attorney’s office in Philadelphia.[1]
