This measure sought to add to the current library levy by a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to further pay for current expenses in the library district.[3]

An additional tax for the benefit of the Ada Public Library for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013
