Adelaide Eckardt (b. September 8, 1943) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. She has represented District 37B since January 11, 1995 and currently serves as Minority Caucus Leader.

Eckardt is a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Eastern Shore Hospital Center. She has previously served as a Psychiatric Nurse Clinical Specialist, Adjunct Professor at University of Maryland and Salisbury University, a Consultant at Howard Community College, and a registered nurse.

Eckardt is a member of the Maryland Bicycle and Pedestrian Caucus, Taxpayers Protection Caucus, Maryland Rural Caucus, Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement Advisory Board at Salisbury University, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, and the House Special Task Force on Drug and Alcohol Abuse.[1]
