Alabama Amendment 13 was on the November 7, 2000 election ballot in Alabama. It passed, with 54% of voters in favor.

Relating to Sumter County, proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to phase out the supernumerary system for certain elected public officials and allow them to participate in the Employees' Retirement System.
