Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District parcel tax, Measure VV (November 2008)
Measure VV increased an existing parcel tax levy in the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District by $4 per parcel, per month, for ten years.
In order to pass, a supermajority of at least 2/3rds of those voting in the election had to vote "yes."
