There was a Alamogordo Infrastructure Tax Continuation measure on the March 2 ballot in Otero County for voters in the city of Alamogordo.

NO 718 ^[1]

This measure sought to allow the continuation of the current infrastructure tax that is in place in the city. The tax was set at a rate of .125% and willd be in place for a further five years. The money generated from this tax will go towards economic development purposes within the city. ^[2]
