Alan Apt was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 70 of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

Apt was removed from the ballot on March 13, 2012 after a petition challenge.[1]

Apt was disqualified from the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 70. Apt was running unopposed in the Republican primary on April 24. Incumbent Matthew Bradford (D) is now running unopposed. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
