Alan Lesnewich is a superior court judge for Vicinage 12 in Union County, New Jersey. He was nominated by Gov. Chris Christie in February of 2013 and took office on April 19, 2013. His current term expires in 2020.[1][2][3]


Lesnewich received his undergraduate degree from Colgate University in 1975 and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 1985.[2]


Lesnewich worked as an investigator for the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office for two years prior to attending law school. He later became a partner of Fisher & Phillips, which was merged with Collier, Jacob & Mills in 2005. He was nominated to the Superior Court in 2013.[2]
