The Alaska Educational and Museum Facilities Bonds, also known as Bonding Proposition C, was on the November 5, 2002 ballot in Alaska as a legislatively-referred bond question, where it was approved. The measure issued $236,805,441 in bonds for the "design, construction, and major maintenance of educational and museum facilities."[1]
