The Alaska Hospital Construction Bond Proposition, also known as Proposition 5, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Alaska as a legislatively-referred bond act, where it was approved. The measure issued $2.5 million in bonds for the purpose of constructing and equipping hospitals.[1]
