The Alaska Powers of Legislative Interim Committees Amendment ballot question was on the November 7, 1978 statewide general election ballot in Alaska as a proposed legislatively-referred constitutional amendment to the Alaska Constitution.

The ballot summary said, "This is a proposed constitutional amendment to article II, section 11 (interim legislative committees) to allow the legislature, by law, to vest one of its interim committees with the authority to share with the Governor the authority to approve or disapprove revisions to the budget. The amendment would also permit the legislature to delegate to the committee its power to appropriate federal or other monies received from non-state sources.".
