The Alaska Recreation Centers Bond, also known as Proposition 3, was on the November 7, 1972 ballot in Alaska as a legislatively-referred bond act, where it was defeated. The measure would have issued $11.5 million in bonds for the construction of civic, convention and community recreation centers.[1]
