Shall the Township of Albee levy a special assessment pursuant to Act 33 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1951, on all parcels of real property within the Township which contain a residential unit (each single family dwelling, individual mobile home, apartment unit or duplex unit), and commercial, agriculture or industrial units (each unit space occupied by a separate occupant if more than one) to provide funds to purchase a fire truck for Albee Township?
