Albert Pearce (b. March 30, 1943) is a Republican and Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Franklin-5 since 2013. He previously represented Franklin-6 from 2009 to 2013.

Pearce has worked as a Principal, Physical Education Teacher, Coach, and Athletic Director.

Pearce earned his BS in Physical Education from Middle Tennessee University in 1965. He went on to receive his MEd from Middle Tennessee University in 1970.

Pearce won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Franklin 5. Pearce was unopposed in the August 28 Republican primary and won re-election in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
