Alice Kerr (b. August 30, 1954) is a Republican member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 12. She was first elected to the chamber in 1998.

Kerr earned her B.S./E.L./E.D. in Music from Western Kentucky University and her M.A. in Higher Education from Western Kentucky University.
