Evans ran for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 54. Evans ran unopposed in the May 8 primary election and was unchallenged in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
2010
Evans was re-elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 48 in the November 2, 2010 general election. He defeated Republican Phyllis M. Cole in the May 11 primary. He was unopposed in the general election. [5][6][7]
