Jaggi earned his BS in Education/Wildlife Management from Utah State University in 1968.
Jaggi worked as a teacher for Lyman District #6 from 1968 to 2004. He has also worked as a Water Commissioner for the State Engineer's Office.[1]

Jaggi won re-election in the 2012 election for the Wyoming House of Representatives District 19, due to redistricting. He defeated David Evins and Tim Hamblin in the Republican primary on August 21[2] and was unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[3]
