Wieland's professional experience includes various fields; appraiser and owner of A & M Appraisers from 1985-2005, prior to that was sales, assistant director, engineer aid, and Emergency Services United States Army Reserves, 311th General Hospital Reserves.
Wieland earned his BA from North Dakota State University in 1958. He and his wife, Merie, have four children: Susan, Lori, Shari, and Lisa; and three stepchildren: Howard, Wayne, and Joel.[1]
