Biography
Prior to his appointment to the TWC, Alcantar served as Deputy Director of the Texas Governor's Budget, Planning and Policy Division, was an advisor in George W. Bush's Office on Budget and Planning, and Director of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.[1]
