Angelo Paparella

Angelo Paparella is the president and CEO of Progressive Campaigns, Inc., which is usually referred to as "PCI".

After graduating from Notre Dame in 1982, Paparella was hired as a field director for the California Public Interest Research Groups (PIRGs), eventually becoming a national field director.

In 1987, he was a founding member of Voter Revolt and its Director of Operations. Voter Revolt qualified California Prop 103 for the ballot in 1988, a measure which was then approved by the voters.

Paparella founded Progressive Campaigns, Inc. in 1992. He contributed a chapter, "The Barriers to Participation: The Consequences of Regulation" to Dane Water's 2001 book, "The Battle Over Citizen Lawmaking".[1]
