This proposal amended the Ann Arbor City Charter to authorize and up to 1.10 mills property tax ($1.10 per $1,000 assessed valuation) increase for 2013-2018. This tax will replace a former levy and be used for the same purpose of park maintenance and capitol improvements. The first year revenue from this tax is estimated to be $5,052,000.
