Sweeney is Executive Director of the Iowa Angus Association and Owner of Practical Promotions. She has also been a farmer, publisher, and teacher.
She is a member of the Ellsworth Community Ag Advisory Council, Hardin County Extension Council, and Iowa Women in Agriculture Board.[1]
