Judge has dismissed another case in the McAllen voter fraud indictments. Two years after a former McAllen mayor's son and nine other individuals were indicted in Hidalgo County, the case has fallen apart. One individual plead guilty but these charges are the seventh to be dropped. The nine were indicted with various levels of vote fraud after it was reported that they had helped elderly people with their ballots and possibly influenced their decisions. Others were accused of receiving money for votes. The cases have been delayed several times already and most have been dismissed. [1]
