Tony Sertich (b. January 2, 1976) was a Democratic-Farmer Labor member and Majority Leader of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He represented District 5B from 2000 to 2010. He resigned to accept a position as Commissioner of Iron Range Resources.[1]

Sertich has worked as a legislative assistant to Minnesota State Senator Jerry Janezich, and been a small business manager.

He served as Minority Whip from 2005-2006, Assistant Minority Leader from 2003-2006, and Chair of the Freshmen Democratic-Farmer-Labor Caucus from 2001-2002.[2]

Sertich won for re-election to the District 5B seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He defeated Paul Jacobson (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010. [3]

On November 4, 2008, Sertich won re-election to the District 5B Seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives, defeating John Larson (R).[4]
