An Arbuckle-College City Fire Protection District parcel tax, Measure D ballot proposition was on the May 5, 2009 ballot in Colusa County, California, for voters in the Arbuckle-College City Fire Protection District. It was defeated.^[1]

Measure D proposed an annual parcel tax of $79.19. With 2,677 parcels in the district, the new tax would have raised about $212,000 a year.

Yes: 214 (37%)
No: 364 (63%)

2/3rds of those voting had to vote "yes" for the measure to pass. The election was be held as a mail-in only election.
