Measure A asked voters to approve a $3.9 million bond. A 55% supermajority vote is required for enactment.

The question on the ballot:
| MEASURE A: To acquire, construct, and improve classrooms and facilities, including continuing to upgrade student access to computers and modern technology, renovating the library to expand educational opportunities for our children, and making renewable energy improvements to reduce energy costs and put more money into the classroom, shall the Arcohe School District be authorized to issue $3,900,000 in bonds at legal interest rates with annual audits, a citizens' oversight committee, and no money for administrator salaries or overhead? |

The Arcohe school board signed a contract for $85,000 with a consultant who only gets paid if Measure A is approved.[1]
