Arizona House Bill 2338 (2007)
- Allows the state legislature to change provisions of citizen-enacted legislation four years after such laws go into effect;
- Bans paying people who collect signatures based on how many signatures they collected.
Opponents said the legislation is designed to make the backers of initiatives jump through hoops, which would make it harder for measures to make it to the ballot.
