Arkansas Amendment 3, also known as Amendment 80 or an Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution to Revise the Judicial Article appeared as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the November 7, 2000 election ballot in Arkansas, where it was approved.[1]
Amendment 3 revises the judicial article of the Arkansas Constitution by various means, including by specifying that judges be elected via non-partisan election.[2]
