Amendment 2, also known as the Sales & Use Tax for Support of Game and Fish Commission, Parks & Tourism, Dept. of Heritage and Keep Arkansas Beautiful Act, appeared as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the November 5, 1996 election ballot in Arkansas, where it was approved.[1] It became the 75th amendment to the Arkansas Constitution, and is referred to as Arkansas Amendment 75.
