An Arkansas Term Limits Initiative was on the 1992 statewide ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment labeled Proposed Amendment 4, where it was approved. It became Amendment 73 of the Arkansas Constitution.

  • Yes: 494,326 (59.91%) Approved
  • No: 330,836 (40.09%)

In 1995, the United States Supreme Court ruled that Amendment 73 was unconstitutional.
