Arkansas lobbying guidelines

The Arkansas Secretary of State houses lobbying information and records for the Arkansas. The Pacific Research Institute ranks Arkansas 38 out of the 50 states for accessibility of lobbying disclosure information.[1]

Who must register?

Lobbyists who receive or spend more than $400 in lobbying activities, unless exempt. Certain lobbying activities are allowed without requiring registration of the lobbyist.[2]
