Siegfreid won re-election in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 121. He was unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and defeated Tyler G. Dixon (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[5][6][7]

Siegfreid won re-election to the 15th District seat against Steve Wright (D). Siegfreid had no opposition in the GOP primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[8]
